Hiring Policy

Applications are accepted any time. The application will be kept active for 45 days. If the applicant meets all job criteria and qualifications and if a job becomes available, we will contact the applicant to arrange an interview.

CA REQUIREMENTS
a. Must be 21 years of age or older
b. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
c. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving
record
d. Must pass background checks in Minnesota and Wisconsin
e. Must have at least 2 years freedom from substance abuse
issues

LADC/LSW/RN/LPN REQUIREMENTS
a. Must be 18 years of age or older
b. Must have the appropriate state-issued license for the
particular job posting
c. Must pass a background check in Minnesota
(Wisconsin also if applying for a nursing position)
d. Must have at least 2 years freedom from substance abuse
issues

SUPPORT STAFF/HOUSEKEEPING REQUIREMENTS
a. Must be 18 years of age or older
b. Must pass background checks in Minnesota
c. Must have at least 6 months freedom from
substance abuse issues
