LADC/LSW/RN/LPN REQUIREMENTS a. Must be 18 years of age or older b. Must have the appropriate state-issued license for the particular job posting c. Must pass a background check in Minnesota (Wisconsin also if applying for a nursing position) d. Must have at least 2 years freedom from substance abuse issues
SUPPORT STAFF/HOUSEKEEPING REQUIREMENTS a. Must be 18 years of age or older b. Must pass background checks in Minnesota c. Must have at least 6 months freedom from substance abuse issues
