Gary P. Olson

The Center’s Executive Director, Gary P. Olson, has been elected to the Board of Directors of First Plan of Minnesota. First Plan is a health care network serving Northeastern Minnesota. It’s both a health maintenance organization (HMO) and a provider, operating three family-care clinics and three pharmacies in the Duluth-Two Harbors area. Some 18,000 area residents are members of the network. The First Plan Board of Directors sets policy and oversees the network’s operations. Board officers are Karen Erickson, Chair; Jerry Pelofski, Vice Chair; LaJean Roy Firminhac, Secretary, and Bonnie Tonkin, Assistant Secretary. Tony Solem is President and Chief Executive Officer.
